Mildred has supported and assisted NCAN in their outreach program. She is a true believer. She knows first hand that it provides awareness, education and support for individuals with NET cancer. She states, “As a nurse, I have appreciated the importance of both physical and emotional support related to illness. For years, NCAN has provided 24/7 support for patients, families, and friends dealing with NET cancer. The organization, made up of a tireless team, has provided education and individual assistance for all who contact them. I have been pleased to lend any support I can to assist NCAN in their outreach to both individuals and the community.”
